The Veiled Virgin is statue carved by Italian sculptor Giovanni Strazza (1818-1875), depicting the bust of a veiled Blessed Virgin Mary. This statue was executed in flawless Carrera marble by the renowned Italian sculptor in Rome. The exact date of the statue’s completion is unknown.
