“I was born in Cannes during the film festival in 1972. When I was young I was interested in the art of photography. My goal was not to become a professional photographer even though I tried to make my pictures like the pros. I haven’t made a photo school but I have practiced a lot in taking pictures and processing them. I have spent hours processing my own pictures in my darkroom and that’s probably why now, I still prefer film pictures to digital ones. After graduating in business school (in Nottingham, England) I started my career as a marketing consultant and my job was to think about messages and images that work. After that, in 1999, I decided to start as a full time advertising and fashion photographer.”
